25th Birthday Blog (7 Days After)

 

Just when I thought I’ve done a little, achieved a little and fulfilled way less than a normal 25 year old girl, I realized that though I spent most of my time idling in front of a television, sleeping, and daydreaming in my room, it was on my last Birthday when I realized that I actually made a collection of friends, [from high school (god knows what happened to my Elem friends), college, Metro and Intel/Numonyx] , handful of stupid moments and a million of misspelled words that just never fails to amuse the people I know… despite the many mockery I think all in all I have made the last 25 years worthwhile…

 

Now that am 25…

I should say mature and already an adult..

Of marrying age…

 

I vowed to this time have a not-so-reachable goals (unlike my previous, be DV before 25, be with somebody hot and ok, graduate with honors)… this time I’m aiming to really save to help renovate our house, seriously look for a job in cebu, and after this current squeeze am really gonna find a guy with less complications and a nod from my friends and family…

 

so not bad for a mature girl huh??

 

But after much depression, soul searching and reassessing myself, I also found out that nothing’s changed really. Am still me, still have my friends from way back, occasional texts from friends I don’t see often, still amount of idle time on TV and due to old age more time for Naps and 8 Hour sleep for my skin…

 

And now days after my much anticipated  and agitated 25th birthday, I realized it’s no big deal really… just a waste of time and energy.. Whew! Am 25!!!!
