A sudden change of plans for a supposed busy weekend… The past three months has been all about me and this current squeeze. And while I was busy convincing him that I could go to him by myself and he fervently didn’t want me to commute, I suddenly had a flash back on my usual sleep all day and eat once a day weekends.
In the middle of my disappointment, I realized the many things I haven’t done because I was too busy dating… I haven’t cleaned my room yet, clean the house even, get a foot spa and pedicure, also have a massage and most of all watch the DVDs I bought. All these I’m gonna do in my two-day me time.
In a world where you lose some and you gain some, I know that I lost the many trivial stuff including my quality time alone to the enjoyment of having a company you can be silly with, laugh with and even be irritated with. In the middle of my happiness in a “coupledom”, I realized I haven’t gotten over my super boring single life, I vowed that when I get back to it this July, am gonna be back with a vengeance.
